Jeff Weaver's family has lived in Monroe for many generations, His great grandparents ran the Reaper Theater on Front St. in Downtown Monroe in the early 1900's . His Father grew up hungry on the East Side of Monroe. Jeff has been a life long member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Monroe.

Founder and head programmer at C.V.S for the past 14 years.
Owner of 3 real estate companies with property in Monroe, Monroe CO., and Ohio.
Manager of Information Systems at Schindler Haughton Elevator for 17 years.
Owner of Ex-Salon-Ce beauty salon in Monroe for 15 years.
